The thermoregulating block of cooling of a photovoltaic detectors
It is intended for noise reduction of photovoltaic detectors . Its application allows to increase the relation "signal/ noise" more than by one order.
It is applied for cooling of photodiodes such as a InAsSb and photoresistors such as a PbS, PbSe.
