International online event for the maritime sector «Virtual MariMatch 2020»

During 2 to 4 September 2020, there was a three-day international online B2B event "Virtual MariMatch 2020" for representatives of the maritime industry of European countries. It was organized by the Sector Group Maritime Industry and Services of the Enterprise Europe Network.

The event was attended by 456 representatives of companies operating in the maritime industry from more than 40 countries. Due to the Institute of Physics of NASU support , the coordinator of the EEN-Ukraine consortium, and a member of the international Marine Industry and Services Sector Group, 6 companies from Ukraine took part in the event and held 21 online meetings with potential international partners. After one of these meetings, the Ukrainian company "Intellectual Marine Technology" and the Bremen University agreed on further cooperation between them. Also, the EEN-Ukraine Consortium received positive feedback from other Ukrainian event participants, who had the opportunity to exchange professional experience, learn about global trends and market prospects, as well as to establish international business and technological cooperation.
