International training course from IMP3rove academy in Madrid, Spain
March 5-6, 2019

The international training course “Action Plan Development" was held in Madrid from 5 till 6 March, 2019. It was organized by the European Innovation Management Academy - IMP3rove Academy for their guides. The European Commission called IMP3rove Academy as a leading provider of innovation management and innovation services providing innovation management and innovation services. Through a holistic approach to managing innovation, integrated offers and a global network, IMP3rove has established a standard for assessing innovation management and related support services.

The training was attended by the consultant of the Academy IMP³rove Natalia Skichko. It was aimed to exchanging experience among European countries regarding the assessment of innovation management capabilities between IMP³rove Academy consultants. During the two-day practical training, the consultants conducted a group work on the study and interpretation of IMP³rove benchmark reports. IMP³rove consultants and the Leader of the training course, Liza Berley, workshop has helped participants learn how to find structured solutions to develop an effective follow-up plan and create convincing presentations for their clients.
