February 2, 2017 the Parliament of Ukraine ratified the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union about participation of Ukraine in the European program for small and medium businesses - COSME program.
COSME program - a set number of thematic projects and subroutines for the period until 2020 with a budget of 2.3 billion euros. COSME Program is a key EU programs aimed at the development of international trade and creating favorable conditions for development of small and medium enterprises, exchange of experience, innovation development, improving business activity of entrepreneurs, expanding trade and economic ties and formation a culture of doing business under to the best international standards.
The program provides professional consulting, training, seminars and various sectoral conferences and exchange programs, internships and additional possibilities for searching partners in the European Union.
