Visiting of the Training of IMP³rove

The Coordinator of Consortium EEN - Ukraine and the Head of the International Science and Innovation Сooperation, Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Protection Department of Institute of Physics of NAS of Ukraine Dr Olena Fesenko and member of EEN – Ukraine and researcher Dr. Oksana Budnyk from the Institute of Physics of the NAS of Ukraine visited the European Innovation Management Academy (IMP³rove ) in Dusseldorf (Germany), which is offers innovation management support services on a global scale. The training is based on the implementation of a new holistic approach to innovation management, complex services and a global network. It sets standards for assessing innovation management and related support services. IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy offers systematic training and certification in innovation management.

IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy is perceived world-wide as the knowledge hub that continuously and significantly contributes to the wealth and competitiveness in Europe and beyond. This vision is based on holistic approach to innovation management, our value-creating innovation management assessments, the unique databases and international networks. The systematic training and certification schemes, consulting and support services in innovation management and advanced research are improving innovation management in organizations.

Objectives of the course "Introduction to the IMP³rove Approach" was gain insights in innovation management benchmarking compliant with European innovation management standards, effective support of enterprises in innovation management assessment, develop improvement measures based on the benchmarking results, leverage the IMP³rove Assessment Reports for value-adding feedback workshops.

The content of the Training course was about: the holistic IMP³rove Approach to innovation management, the IMP³rove Approach and benchmarking process, the IMP³rove Platform and services for professional support providers, preparing for a successful IMP³rove Feedback Workshop with clients. After training they started to be Expert of Innovations.
