It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you all at the International conference "Nanotechnology and nanomaterials" (NANO-2020) that will be held in Lviv from August 26 to 29, 2020. Its aim is to promote scientific contacts and discussions between researchers from various fields. Previous NANO Conferences, held in Ukraine in 2012-2019, were organized in the joint format with the International Summer Schools "Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials: from fundamental research to innovations". They allowed the participants, including young scientists, to familiarize with current research and application problems in this area and thus to promote further implementation of nanotechnologies into innovations according to social needs.

Because of the anti-epidemiological actions, the international conference "Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials" (NANO-2020) has provided certain changes. The conference will be held in a combined form, namely, on August 26-27, 2020, the event will be held in a traditional format with an online broadcasting through the Zoom platform to YouTube. The live part of the conference will be held in the House of Scientists in Lviv, st. Noyabrsky Chin, 6. Note, that the Government of Ukraine has decided to make a certain restrictions about the number of people present at the conference per unit area. Taking into account all the recommendations of the government, we will not be able to let attend more than 100 pre-registered participants in the conference hall. So as soon as we collect the required number of applications registred for attendance live part of the conference in Lviv on August 26-27, we will have to close this registration. All the participants who are planning to arrive to Lviv and take part in live part of the conference on August 26-27, please, answer the corresponding survey as soon as possible which could be found by the link below: https://www.questionpro.com/t/AQtMcZiGD9
If you are unable to arrive in Lviv on the NANO-2020 Conference we are sharing you the link via which you could watch and listen to all speakers and ask the questions to a speaker on our YouTube channel.

Participants who will arrive to Lviv will be able to take part in plenary and oral sessions, as well as present their posters. Note: all other participants will be able to take part in the online conference. We are planning to provide the live broadcasts of the reports and discussions through the Zoom platform to YouTube.
There will also be a online poster session on August 28-29: all posters will be posted on the official website of the conference, as well as on the official page of the NANO-2020 conference on Facebook: Nanotechnology and nanomaterials (@nanoConference )
