The abstracts and the CV (Curriculum vitae)should be prepared in English using the templates:
Download the abstract template and substitute your text into it leaving all formatting as it is. Further instructions are provided in the template file.
Save the abstract as "the-surname-of-the-first-author.rtf" (or "the-surname-of-the-first-author.odt" if you are using OpenOffice). Please use only Latin letters in the file name. Only .rtf and .odt formats are accepted, no .doc or .docx files.
Please check your abstract carefully. It will be inserted into the book "as it is" with the minimal technical editing only, so you are responsible for its appearance and content.
Download the CV template and fill in the information about the author - potential partcipant of the summer school. It is preferable to attach a recent photograph of the author - potential participant.
Save the CV form as "the-author-participant.rtf" (or "the-author-participant.odt" if you are using OpenOffice). Please use only Latin letters in the file name.
Send the abstract and CV form as attachments to nano.bukovel.2012@gmail.com. The subject of your e-mail should be "Nanotechnology-2012 abstract".
If necessary, ask the person, who is writing scientific papers in English regularly, to check your abstract and CV form before submitting. The organizing committee will not be able to scrutinize your text.
