Lecture title: Metal Nanostructures and Active Materials.
Lecture abstract: Fluorescing species and metal nanoparticles show different
forms of interaction such as dipole-dipole interactions, modulation of the fluorophores'
radiative rate, the Purcell effect in 
-space and strong coupling. Physical principles
as well as applications of these effects will be discussed.
