Scientific interests: Charge-carrier transport and trapping in thin-films of organic semi-conductors and epitaxially grown organic nanostructures. Electrical transport in field-effect transistors based on fullerene (C60) films.

Lecture title: Charge carrier transport in organic nanoparticles systems: fullerene (C₆₀) films.

Lecture abstract: I will present an overview of current achievements in study of the charge transport phenomena in organic nanoparticles systems. A particular focus is given to charge transport behaviors in semiconducting fullerene (C₆₀) films grown by epitaxy technique and real C₆₀-based electronic devices.
