If you want to take part in the next 2nd International Summer School for young scientists "Nanotechnology: from fundamental research to innovations" please send your information to Organizing Committee
The Summer School took place from August 26 to September 2, 2012 in Bukovel, Ukraine - the most picturesque location of the Carpathians.
International Summer School "NANOTECHNOLOGY: from fundamental research to innovations" gave the opportunity to young researchers and early-career scientists to participate in a series of lectures on the emerging fields of Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies. Top class Experts from universities and research institutions of 7 Europian country and USA shared their knowledge and experience in the format of lecture presentations and round table discussions.
What were the ADVANTAGES of participating in this School?
Expanding their knowledge and scientific understanding
Consultation with exceptional scientists and engineers from various fields of science
Experience what 'interdisciplinarity' means in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology
Understand the 'From Theory to Practice' process
Have the opportunity to show research work as oral presentations and discuss research work face-to-face with experienced researchers
Seek advice on publishing of unpublished research results
Learn how to be open to new ideas, be creative and how to implement them
Enhance professional networks for future career opportunities
Get confidence at an international scientific event and programs, particularly in the FP7
