We have two
spectrometers with supplemental
characteristics for measurements in UV and visible spectral range. The
available software allows us to measure kinetic changes of optical
density in a full spectral range and at fixedλ.
Computerized
highly sensitive UV/Vis spectrometer based on monochromator MDR 3 (Lomo,
Russia).
Spectral measuring range and resolution are λ=200-800
nm and Δλ=1
nm.
Computerized
diode array UV/Vis
spectrometer from Ocean Optics (USA). Spectral measuring range is
220-700 nm. This
device is especially suitable for fast registration of spectra.
