To make your trip to the conference venue easer and more predictable we would like to inform you that Organizing Committee will organize the conference buses from Ivano-Frankivsk to Synyogora Residence on Monday, May 17, 2010. The buses will depart from the Railway Station in Ivano-Frankivsk at about 07:30 a.m. (with Prof. V.Syromyatnikov, Prof. V.Poroshyn) and at about 12:00 a.m. (with Prof. O.Aksimenteva). The most of participants who informed us before about arrival on another time and/or day are planed to be transferred individually.

Notes: Ivano-Frankivsk main Bus Terminal (ukr: "Golovniy avtovokzal"; Bus Station N1, ukr: "Avtobusna stanciya nomer odyn" ) and Rail Terminal are located on same place. Bus Terminal is on the left part of Rail Terminal on exit.

Notes: You will need to use cash for most payments in Ukraine. Ukraine currency is Hryvnia(UAH).
Currency exchange are currently close to: 1 USD = 8 UAH; 1 euro = 10 UAH.

Ivano-Frankivsk - Huta
There is bus Ivano-Frankivsk – Huta, which departs from BUS STATION N3 (avtobusna stancija nomer 3, AC-3). The timetable of departures is following

How to get in BUS STATION N3
(Ivano-Frankivsk)
Going out of Railway Station or BUS STATION N1 you have to cross the street (Zaliznychna) and take a bus number 60, 66, 69, 31, 14, 86, 30, 1. At the entrance of bus ask/order the stop “AC-3” (avtobusna stancija nomer 3) or additional names of the stop “Sil’po” or “Trykotazhna fabryka” being terminal stop for most of the buses.

Lviv - Ivano-Frankivsk
For those whose route point is Lviv.
There are frequent connections from Lviv to Ivano-Frankivsk by bus on daytime (1 per hour or more). Busses departs from Bus Terminal "Lviv" (main bus station on Striyska street) and from main Rail Terminal (namely Bus Station N8). Trevel takes about 3-4 hours. Buses arrives to main Ivano-Frankivsk Bus Terminal (Bus Station N1) / Rail Terminal. Ticket cost aprox. 40 UAH.

If you some how trapped to Lviv Bus Station N2, they have two buses going thought it to Ivano-Frankivsk.

Railway connection is also pretty fine (twenty-four hours per day). Railway schedule from Lviv can be found here (ukr/rus). Ticket cost depends on carriage type and on average are slightly cheaper than bus.

Notes: Lviv Bus Station N8 is on the left side when you exit from Rail Terminal.
Transfer between Lviv Rail Terminal and Bus Terminal "Lviv" might be difficult due to (1) change of local transport.
