But, I briefly introduce myself. I am now the Senior Scientist at Institute of Physics of National Academy of Science of Ukraine. I am the team member of Plasmaoptics group of Gas Electronics Department. We study the plasmaoptics and ion/plasma beams productions and manipulations. We have experience in the ion and plasma sources development and fabrications. In collaborations with other groups from our Institute we investigate the plasma alignment of liquid crystals and ultra thin films formation, for example, a magnetron deposition of TiN and TiO nano films.
